Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing all financial actions of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe (MCT). This includes financial planning, management of financial risks, recordkeeping, and financial reporting. The CFO will oversee all financial and fiscal management aspects of the MCT government and its enterprises, including the Finance Corporation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Tribal Homeownership and Construction Advisor
The Tribal Home Construction Advisor (formerly the Construction Specialist) plays a pivotal role in guiding homeowners through the complex process of purchasing and building homes and developing land. This position requires expertise in construction management, coupled with proficiency in computer applications and web-based programs. The advisor will collaborate with homeowners, contractors, architects, and other stakeholderes to ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance measures.
